Key Features

  • Variable-Speed / Inverter Technology
The Turbo SMART A uses inverter control to vary motor speed automatically to match demand. This reduces power consumption, minimizes heat output, and lowers running costs without sacrificing suction power.

  • Digital Display & Smart Control
Equipped with a digital display and control keypad that shows real-time data such as vacuum level, temperature, running hours, and maintenance alerts. The unit may have optional remote connectivity (SmartApp) for monitoring service schedules and faults.

  • Adjustable Vacuum Capacity
Maximum continuous vacuum level is ~ 210 mBar, sufficient for a range of procedures. The system automatically adjusts vacuum according to usage.

  • Optional Amalgam Separation
An ISO-11143-compliant hydrocyclone amalgam separator is available (supplier-fitted or retrofittable). When installed, it achieves approximately 98.1% retention of amalgam particles.

  • Safety & Self-Protection Features
The unit includes safeguards such as recirculation valves, temperature monitoring, and firmware or electronic protection (e.g. when the unit is overloaded or fluid levels spike) to ensure continuous safe operation.

  • Noise Control & Compact Design
Standard unit produces ~ 68-69 dB(A). There is an optional sound-reducing cabinet that significantly lowers audible noise (to ~ 50-52 dB(A) in some configurations). The unit is compact and designed to fit inside surgery cabinetry or plant-rooms.

  • Energy & Eco Efficiency
The inverter control ensures that the motor only runs at as much speed (and thus power) as needed. That reduces unnecessary energy usage. Also, the semi-wet design and optional amalgam separator help meet environmental and regulation requirements.
