**Refund Policy**
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be processed in accordance with the following terms:

- You must have contacted us and received return approval before sending back the item
- Items must arrive in a **resalable condition**, with original packaging intact
- Items damaged in return transit or showing signs of use may not be refunded in full

### ❖ 2. Refund Timeframe
Refunds will be processed within **14 calendar days** of us receiving the returned item.
We will notify you via email once your return has been received and checked.

### ❖ 3. Method of Refund
Refunds are issued to the **original payment method** only. We are unable to refund to alternate accounts.

### ❖ 4. Deductions
Your refund may be subject to the following deductions:
- **Restocking fee** of up to 19% (for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items)
- **Missing components or damaged packaging**
- **Return shipping costs**, unless the item was faulty or sent in error

If your return is due to a fault or error on our part, we will offer a full refund, including return delivery costs. Faulty goods must be reported within **7 calendar days** of receipt and may require photo or video evidence.
